Who we represent

We do not represent insurance carriers. We do not handle personal injury matters, criminal defense, family law, immigration, or transactional work. If your matter falls outside first-party property insurance, we'll refer you to someone who handles your area.

How we work

Contingency. You pay nothing up front; our fee comes out of the recovery; if we don't recover, you owe us nothing. The initial consultation is always free and never billed.

Personal attention. Every case is handled directly by Attorney William J. Gould — no junior associates, no call centers, no handoffs. That's a deliberate choice about the size and shape of the practice.
