When a claim remains disputed, the next step depends on the policy, the evidence and the history of the carrier’s handling. We evaluate those issues and develop accepted matters through the litigation process.

Who we represent

Arizona homeowners and small businesses. Storm damage to single-family homes, condominiums, rental properties, and small commercial buildings is the core of the practice. We handle the full set of storm damage claim types — hail, wind, fire, roof, and tree — and the carrier disputes that flow from each.

We do not represent insurance carriers. We do not handle personal injury matters, criminal defense, family law, immigration, or transactional work. If your matter falls outside first-party property insurance, we'll refer you to someone who handles your area.

We work with public adjusters and Arizona and out-of-state law firms when a claim may require litigation. Referring firms can discuss a full referral or substantive co-counsel engagement. How we work

Contingency. You pay nothing up front; our fee comes out of the recovery; if we don't recover, you owe us nothing. The initial consultation is always free and never billed.

Personal attention. Attorney William J. Gould handles accepted matters directly. We address the scope of litigation, communication and responsibilities in writing at the outset.

Available when needed. Storms don't keep office hours, and neither do we. Phone is answered 24/7 for new and existing clients.
